Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of being present and aware of one’s thoughts and surroundings. Our practitioner, Nicole, offers mindfulness sessions as a complementary component to psychotherapy and can tailor them to individuals, families, and schools.
What is mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a practice of training our mind to present moment awareness, It means slowing down to really notice what we are doing. It’s the opposite to rushing around and taking on too much.

Registered Children’s Nurse and CBT Therapist for Children, Teens and Families
I am passionate about improving local mental health support for young people and families with a drive to empower parents using evidence-based interventions.
I have studied and completed training in a wide range of different therapies, as I believe we are all individual and a ‘one size fits all’ approach doesn’t always work. That’s why I believe the more tools I have in my toolbox the more skills I have to share.
